Finally, the day came when we could go back to meeting in person! Our first meeting took place in February and members were delighted to meet again, have a chat and enjoy an in-person demonstration.

Joe Laird showed us how to make an 8-sided star from a cube of wood. The secret is in getting the jig right.

This became our competition piece for March. In the Novice Section Alfie Inglis was the winner. In the Experienced Section, Tom Markey was the winner, with Bernard Cassidy in second and Harry Reynolds in third place.
